ObituaryLouise D. Goodwin, 78, Ft. Myers, passed away Sat., Feb. 8, 2003. She was in born Avant, Ok. She was a veteran of WWII with service as a WAVE in the U.S. Navy. She came to Ft. Myers from Ocean City, NJ in 1986. She is survived by her husband, J. Donald Goodwin, 2 sons, J. Donald (Colleen) Goodwin, Telluride, CO., and J. Stowman (Nancy) Goodwin, Blairsville, GA., a daughter, Diane (John) Jordan, New Canaan, CT; a sister, Lucille Smith, Wewoka, OK., 4 grandchildren. She loved her cats, her flowers, and her gardening along with her many friends and family. A memorial service will be celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, at 10:00 AM, at the Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with inurnment to be in the Highland Cemetery, Okeman, OK., at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Hope Hospice of Ft. Myers.
