Louise B. MacDonald Louise Blizzard MacDonald, 91, who retired as the director for in-service training at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003. She is survived by her husband, John B. MacDonald of Jacksonville. The graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. EST Saturday at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Milledgeville, Ga. Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel (877-8191) is handling arrangements.She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Sarasota and served in the Navy as a nurse. She had also served as the director of the Tallahassee Convalescence Center. Other survivors include a son, John R. MacDonald (and wife Anna) of Tallahassee; a sister, Louise Winn (and husband Robert) of Jacksonville; a brother, Thomas Blizzard of Meridian, Miss.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
