ARRINGTON Louise B. Wash Arrington passed on March 30, 2007. Graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 7 in Restlawn Memorial Park, 2660 Ribault Scenic Drive. She was a teacher in the Duval County School System for over 30 years and received the Prestigious Award of Duval County Teacher of the Year in 1975. Mrs. Arrington is survived by her husband, John H. Arrington, Jr.; her only daughter, Felicia R. Wash; 2 grandchildren, Sarah Dyneishia and Garrett Elijah Wash; 6 stepchildren; sister-in-law, Elvena Johnson; a host of nieces and nephews; beloved family and friends. Viewing for Mrs. Arrington will be held Friday, April 6 at the mortuary from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Interment in Restlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements by Phillips Mortuary, 4815 Avenue B. Garcia M.
