Louise Allison Rogerson 1910 - 2005 The death of Louise Allison Rogerson, 94 years, of Royal Court, Riverview and formerly of Arlington Drive, Moncton occurred at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, July 9, 2005. Born in Newcastle, NB, November 5, 1910 she was the daughter of the late Clifford Parker and Gertrude (Williamson) Allison. Mrs. Rogerson had attended Central United Church and had been active in the University Women's Club of Moncton and the Fort Moncton Chapter of the I.O.D.E. as well as being a member of the Beaver Curling Club and the Moncton Golf and Country Club. She had also wintered in St Petersburg, Florida for over 30 years. She graduated from Harkens High School, Newcastle, NB and the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton. She was a member of the teaching profession and following the death of her first husband, Arthur H. Wallace, taught for 10 years at Harrison Trimble High School. Twice married she was predeceased by her first husband, Arthur Hudson Wallace, manager of the Royal Bank Mountain Road Branch, Moncton, in 1963 and by her second husband, Vincent A. Rogerson of St Petersburg, Florida in August 1983. She is survived by her three sons, Jock R. Wallace (Jeanne) of Mont Tremblant, PQ, James Leslie Arthur Wallace (Judy) of Delta, BC and Andrew Allison Wallace (Dianne) of Rothesay, NB; her sister, Mary Koelling; three step daughters, Betty, Helen and Suzetta of North Carolina. As well as six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her sister, Jean MacRae. Resting at Cadman Bowness Funeral Home (857-1110) 114 Alma Street, Moncton, Tuesday, July 12 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at 10 am in Cadman Bowness Funeral Home followed by a reception in the reception room of the funeral home. Interment will be in the Miramichi Cemetery, Newcastle, NB.
