CLARK Louis V. Clark, passed away on March 21, 2005. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 5, 1923. He was predeceased by his first wife Beatrice Clark, and his brother Charles Clark. He is survived by his wife Nan Clark; sons, Roger Clark (Brenda) of Lake City, Fl; Michael Clark (Lorraine) of Tallahassee, Fl., Timothy Clark (Teresa) and Jeffrey Clark (Beth) of Jacksonville; daughters, Rebecca Whitehill (Michael) and Linda Sturman of Orange Park, Fl; step-children, John Denmark (Lisa) of Wilder, Idaho and Candace Britts of Orange Park, Fl; 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He graduated from Ohio State University, December 19, 1947. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was the manager of Loops Nursery until his retirement. He served as president of the NE Florida Nursery Growers Assn., president of the Cattlemen's Assn, on the Mayor's Agriculture Committee and on the Soil and Conservation Board. He had many friends and was loved by all who knew him. He was a me mber of the Advent Lutheran Church in Orange Park. Louis's visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 from 7:00 till 8:30pm at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home (5753 Blanding Blvd.) Jacksonville, Fl. 32244. His funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 24th at 10:00am at Advent Lutheran Church (2156 Loch Rane Blvd.) Orange Park, Fl. 32073 with Pastor Bob Hale officiating followed by his burial at Riverside Memorial Park.
