Lorraine Morabito 1934 - 2004 Morabito Mary Dora Lorraine (nee Godin) passed on to Glory on Thursday, April 7th from her home in St. Catharines, Ontario surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband, Sam; and her family: eldest daughter Kathy, her husband Vince Fazzari and her cherished grandsons Sam and Vince, Jr., all of St. Catharines; daughter Goldie of Redwood City, California; eldest son Sam, Jr. and his partner, Dr. Anna Kobylecky, both of St. Catharines; and her son Paul, and his partner, Edward Bayuk, both of Laguna Beach, California; and her sisters, Carmel Jordan of St. Catharines, and Jean Wright of Langford, British Columbia. Predeceased by her mother Corrine (nee St. Onge) and father, Arthur Godin. Born in Campbellton, New Brunswick on October 18th, 1934, Lorraine moved with her family to St. Catharines in 1942. She lived in the Niagara Region for the balance of her life, marrying her husband and raising her children - spending wonderful winter seasons with her family at their homes in Sarasota, Florida and subsequently, Palm Springs, California. Lorraine's life was dedicated to her family and proudly living her strong Christian faith. Lorraine's life was celebrated at a private service, and internment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery in St. Catharines, on Saturday, April 10th. The time and location of a Memorial Service will be announced in the near future by the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation's future Regional Cancer Centre in her memory.
