DAVIS, Lorne S. May 21, 1923 - July 17, 2004 Retired from C.R.C. Shirley's Bay VE3HSD Branch 593 Legion (22 year member) Peacefully, Saturday at Extendicare Medex at the age of 81. Husband of Colleen Fermoyle-Morris, former husband of Monique Landry. Father of Marilyn (Barry Thoms), Susan (Michael Wong), and Frank (Laurie LeChasseur). Stepfather of Wendy Young, Barbara Gilham, Bill and David Morris. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Matthew and Jessica Wong as well as seven step grandchildren. Dear brother of Myrtle Stephenson of Sussex, NB. Predeceased by brother Frank (Sussex, NB) and sister Nancy McKee (Ottawa). He will be remembered for his contribution to the development of the Alouette, the first Canadian satellite. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood) Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Tuesday in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception.
