Lorne D. Thompson August 18, 1931 - May 29, 2016 Pre-deceased by his loving Ruth (2012), Dad will breathe better now that he is with Mum. Beloved Father to Laurie Scouten (nee Thompson) and Lorne Jr., Father-in-Law to John Scouten, and Grandpa to Hope and Abigail Scouten. Cousins, Bill and Ken Derpak, were in Dad's thoughts always. Friendship and laughter from Verna, Bev, and CJ meant the world! Dad will always be sending "heavenly hugs" to Susan, Reimar, Marnie, and Ali. Jo-Anne, Julie and Geordy, what would he have done without your care and compassion? Heartfelt thanks and love to Dr. Will Johnston, his assistant Natalie, and the caring hearts and hands at Crofton Manor. You are all angels on Earth.
