MILLER Lois V. Miller, 80, of Jacksonville, passed away Friday, February 8, 2002. The Bainbridge, GA native had lived most of her life in Jacksonville. Mrs. Miller had worked in the Jacksonville Shipyards during World War II as a shipbuilder. She was a member of North Jacksonville Baptist Church and had retired as a secretary for the Duval County School Board. Mrs. Miller was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Lee Miller, in 1967. Survivors include a daughter, Cindy Chambers and her husband, Wes; a son, Greg Miller and his wife, Leslie; a sister, Vivian Livick; and five grandchildren, Wesley and Christina Chambers and Heather, Rachel and Caitlin Miller. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel of COREY-KERLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1426 Rowe Ave., with Dr. Harold Hunter officiating.
