GREGORY, Lois Muriel (nee Hay)Peacefully, passed away, on Friday January 23, 2015. Born in Ottawa on March 23, 1927, Redwoods was her home for the past 7 years, previously living 59 years on Belmont Avenue. Lois put her family first, was a devoted wife and loving mother, who enjoyed gardening, cooking, travel and had a wonderful sense of humour. We will miss her daily laughter. Lois was the beloved wife of Donald Gregory, 43 years, and loving mother of Brian (Janet) Stanley, Beverley Stanley Almond, and Barry Stanley, proud grandmother of Blake (Sherri) Stanley, Jesse (Tracy) Stanley, Sarah (Mark) Stanley, Benjamin (Tegan) Almond and great- granddaughter Aaliyah Stanley. Dear sister to Dorothy (Andy) Hammell, Beryl (Bob) Hammel and Bruce (Linda) Hay. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Elvira Hay and brothers Kenneth, Ed, and Barclay Hay. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Wednesday, January 28th from 1:00 pm until time of Memorial Service which will be held in the Chapel at 3:00 pm, followed by a reception.
