Casey, Linda Jean ALBANY Linda Jean Casey, 63, resident of Le Fevre House in Ravena and formerly of Albany, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 5, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Linda enjoyed a happy life at Hillside House and subsequently Le Fevre House for more than 20 years. She had many friends at the house, especially Joanne Raffiani. She was known for her kindness and sense of humor. Linda enjoyed many activities such as swimming, bowling, bingo, and disco. She also enjoyed visiting her family in Albany on holidays and other occasions. Linda is survived by her sister, Marcia Sheldon; sister-in-law, Mary Casey; and brother-in-law, Edward Shatraw. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Linda was the daughter of the late Thomas and Helen Casey. She is also predeceased by her brother, Thomas Casey; her sister, Joyce Shatraw; and her brother-in-law, Anthony W. Sheldon. Special thanks to the staff at St. Peter's Intensive Care Unit. Relative and friends are invited to attend Linda's funeral Thursday, 9:30 a.m. in St. James Church, 391 Delaware Ave., Albany, where the Liturgy of Christian Death and Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany, (Today) Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, N.Y.
