STICKLEND, Linda Joan (Clark) - Linda Joan Sticklend (Clark) of Whitechurch and formerly of Lucknow passed away at Wingham & District Hospital on Wednesday, November 5th, 2008 in her 64th year. Survived by her husband Jack Sticklend of Whitechurch. Linda and Jack were owners and operators of Jack's Place in Lucknow for several years. Born in Newmarket, Ontario on March 9th, 1945 to the late Frank Clark and Hester Howe. Survived by 3 children, Christine (Paul) Timmerman of Owen Sound, John (Nathalie) Faber of Kitchener and Vince (Debbie) Sticklend of Kitchener; 5 grandchildren: Angela McDonald, Adam McDonald, Alyson McDonald, Jonathan & Melanie Faber, 4 great grandchildren: Hayley Playford, Collin Playford, Nicholas Playford and Brandon McDonald; 4 brothers: Robert (Lynn) Bates of Hamilton, Brian (Gayle) Clark of Newmarket, David Clark of Holland Landing and Bruce Clark of British Columbia. Following cremation there will be a private family ceremony. As expressions of sympathy donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
