Linda was born May 23, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Melvin Thomas Chadwick and Viola Matson. She lived most of her life in Salt Lake, before settling in South Carolina. Linda retired from General Electric where she worked as an Electrician for many years. She was very artistic, loved gardening, painting, drawing, sewing, scrapbooking, wood carving, etching and crafting with her grandchildren. Linda taught her children and grandchildren to "always eat dessert first or you may not have room."Linda is survived by her step mother Esperanza Chadwick, brothers Stuart Chadwick, Robert Kingsley and Kirk Chadwick, her four children Diana Bjorndal (Brad), Gregory Greer (Debbie), Jim Chrz (Jacquie) Jennifer Belcher (Mike), 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her loving parents, her sister Sharon Heifer, and a brother Mark Borchard.The family would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Silverado Senior Living, where everyone loved and cared for Linda this past year. Special thanks to Kadee, Suely, Kelsey, Tiffany and Brooke as well as the Chaplain, Carrie.Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South in Sandy.
