Lillie Mae White, 90, passed away on June 26, 2014, in the Belvedere Commons assisted living facility in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Mrs. White was a lifelong resident of Dadeville, Ala., and worked as a beautician there for many years. She was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Dadeville as well as several civic organizations.She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Millard F. White; and son-in-law, Thurman Noles. She is survived by two children, Darryl J. White (Sandra) of Fort Walton Beach, and Charlotte W. Noles of Dadeville; grandchildren, Austin White (Jackie), and Whitney Smith (Scott) of Fort Walton Beach, Matthew Harris (Temnel) of Cumming, Ga., and Lori Stockdale (Lance) of Huntsville, Ala.; and eight great-grandchildren.It is with great appreciation that the family would like to thank Dr. Hiren Patel of Opelika, Ala., Dr. Eleanor McCain of Fort Walton Beach, and the staff of Belvedere Commons of Fort Walton Beach, for their continuous love and care of our mother and grandmother.Graveside services for Lillie Mae White will be Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at 11 a.m., at Talapoosa Memorial Gardens in Dadeville.
