LILA MARIE HOFFMAN VALPARAISO, IN Lila Marie Hoffman, 52, of Valparaiso, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. Lila was born on August 9, 1958 in Chesterton to Darrell and Theresa Leicht. She is survived by her son, Steven Hoffman; daughters: Denise Blackmon and Gabrielle Hoffman; mother, Theresa Leicht; brothers: Doug (Karry) and Chris Leicht; nephew, Daniel; niece, Angie; six beautiful grandchildren whom she taught well: Jacob Hoffman, Justice Blackmon, Jessica Wendrickx, Steven Hoffman, Jr., Michelle Hoffman, and Mysti Hoffman; great nieces: Keirra and Baylee Leicht. Preceded in death by her father, Darrell Leicht, who passed away in 2008. Lila dedicated all her time to her grandchildren whom she loved like her own. Funeral and showing will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Graceland Cemetery, 1505 Morthland Drive, Valparaiso, IN. "God bless you, God keep you, God love you. Together always."
