Lewis Dallas "Pops" Anderson, 68, of Panama City, Fla., passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, at the home of his loving daughter, Gina Keen. He was born Nov. 8, 1940, in Millville, Fla., and was a lifelong resident of this area. He was a commercial fisherman by profession and a devoted father and grandfather. He is survived by three daughters, Kim Rottero and husband, Tony, of Panama City, Gina Keen and husband, Gene, of Panama City and Sherri Pham of Dothan, Ala.; and four granddaughters, Kylie Rottero, Genna Keen, Thuy Pham and Tania Baker. Additional survivors include his mother, Thelma Glenn of Millville, Fla.; three sisters, Nancy Polinsky of Crestview, Fla., Joann Quickstad of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Agnes Large of Lebanon, Ind.; four brothers, Berl Anderson of Panama City, Richard Anderson of Panama City, Harold Anderson of Panama City and Dennis Glenn of Niceville, Fla.; and many close friends and extended family, including Carl and Mary Ann Roberts of Panama City. He was preceded in death by his father, Price Anderson; and stepfather, Jarvis Glenn. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Gina Keen, and an informal memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008, at New Beginning Church, 1700 Buchanan St., Southport, Fla.
