FLEMING, Leonard John Passed away peacefully at Smiths Falls Hospital on Sunday June 8, 2008 at 79 years of age. Beloved son of the late John Fleming and Alma (nee Morrow). Loving husband of Ruth Couch, for 48 years. Loving father of Diane (Dan) Thompson, Jim (Donna) Fleming of Smiths Falls and Karen (Gary) Ferguson of Carleton Place. Cherished grandfather of Alison (Jake) Manley, Eric Thompson and Lindsay Fleming. Dear brother of Donald (Dorothy), Verla Bernicky, Earl, Margaret Sadler, Clayton (Linda), brother-in-law of Vivian Fleming and predeceased by brothers Arnold, Walter, sister Muriel Patterson and brothers-in-law Russell Sadler, Donald Bernicky and by his sisters-in-law Marion and Helen. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM on Thursday. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday June 13, 2008 at 2:00 PM.
