Stevens Gooch Hart<br> -->Lela Mary Catherine Stevens Gooch Hart COWPENS, SC-- Lela Mary Catherine Stevens Gooch Hart, 96, of 200 Battleground Road, died Monday, March 31, 2008 at home. She was the daughter of the late William Daniel and Pearlie Brown Stevens. Mrs. Hart was first married in 1933 to the late Hobart Fountain Gooch and was married in 1971 to the late Marshall Hart. Mrs. Hart was born in Somerset, KY, in 1911, the seventh of fourteen children. She was a member of White Plains Baptist Church and was known to her friends and neighbors as "The Flower Lady". She was a retired homemaker residing in Leesburg, Florida and moved to Cowpens in 2002. She is survived by three sons, Edward Lee Gooch and wife, Bunny of Leesburg, FL, Boyce Kenneth Gooch of Morrow, OH, and Jimmy Dale Gooch of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; two daughters, Juanita Fayrene Wyatt of Clearwater, FL, Vickie Lynn G. Wyatt and husband, Reggie of Cowpens; two sisters, Ruth Geneva S. Smith and Annamaude S. Hawkey both of Dayton, OH; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hart was predeceased by eight brothers, Chester, Estil J., Acie Daniel, Charles Edward, William David, John Clarence, James Freeman and Victor Stevens; and three sisters Edith, Gracie and Bonnie Mae. Visitation will be 11:00 AM Thursday, April 3, 2008, at White Plains Baptist Church followed by 12:00 PM funeral service officiated by Rev. Benny Davis and Rev.
