Le Roy "Roy" C. Anderson, 88, Bradenton, died April 10, 2006. He was born July 4, 1917, in Chicago and came to Bradenton in 1975. He was a communication engineer with Teletype Corp. Survivors include his wife, Judy; a daughter, Karen Maxwell of Crystal Beach; a son, Ken of Trinidad, Colo.; a brother, Jack of Port St. Lucie; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Covell Cremation & Funeral Center in Bradenton. Friends may call at the time of the service. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Attn: Memorials, P.O. Box 21475, St. Petersburg, FL 33742.
