CARTER, Lawrence Alfred Peacefully at the Civic Hospital after a brief illness on Saturday, December 28, 2002 in his 46th year. Eldest son of Rosemary (Beatty) and Alfred Lawrence Carter. Grandson of the late Arthur Patrick and Anna Margaret Beatty and the late Lawrence Alfred and Pearl Milne Carter. Survived by son Alfred Lawrence Patrick and daughter Emily Jane, sisters Susan (Jean-Marc Ouellet), Katie (Gary Murray) and brother Brian (Sylwia). Predeceased by brother Arthur Patrick.
