MANCHESTER - Laurette S. St. Onge, 90, of Manchester, died Oct. 14, 2012, at CMC. She was born on July 3, 1922, in Quebec, Canada, the daughter of Omer and Lea (Caron) Morin. She was raised and educated in Canada. She was a resident of Manchester since 1991. Previously, she had lived in Lawrence, Mass., for many years. Laurette was a dedicated homemaker and mother, raising 14 children. She enjoyed knitting, listening to country music and spending time with her family. Surviving family members include her sons, Camillien St. Onge of Peabody, Mass., and Clermont St. Onge of Montreal; six daughters, Lucie Gagnon of Auburn, Jeannette Gagnon of New Brunswick, Leona Sirois of Goffstown, Normande Landry of Auburn, Francine Guthrie of Raymond and Denise Dalton of Manchester; 19 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three brothers; three sisters; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Camille St. Onge, who died in 2002, and her children, Ghislain St. Onge, Fernand St. Onge, Julienne St. Onge, Raymond St. Onge, Loraine St. Onge and Germaine St. Onge. . services:Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, on Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian nurial will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Ste. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Private will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Lawrence, Mass.
