Colin Bullard Nee Newton of Hoffman Estates, Ill., formerly of Lake Wales, died Friday (Feb. 13, 2004) at Alexian Brother Medical Center, Elk Grove Village, Ill. She was 91.Mrs. Newton was born Dec. 4, 1912, in Hancock County, Ill. She worked in the public works department of Glenview Naval Air Station for 10 years.Mrs. Newton was preceded in death by her husbands, Roy A. Colin and Henry Bullard. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Ostermann; stepdaughter, Nancy Moe; stepsons, David Bullard and Bern Bullard; brother, Mahlon Newton; four grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. at Meadows Funeral Home. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Myers Cemetery, Hancock County, Ill.
