Sis. Laura Mae Williams Wilson - SAVANNAH - Mrs. Laura Mae Williams Wilson passed away March 6, 2010 at The Health Center of Plant City, Florida. She celebrated her 100th birthday on February 27, 2010 with family and friends. She was born in Millen, GA to Mr. and Mrs. Jonas and Nellie Watkins Williams. She spent most of her adult life in Savannah and recently relocated to Florida in May 2009. She was a faithful member of Liberty City Church of Christ. Sis. Wilson credited her longevity of life to God almighty, treating other people right and good family genes. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wilson, a son, Freeman Drayton. Surviving are: daughters and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kwame Sampson, Sandra Wilson; son, Mr. Dwayne Wilson; sister, Mrs. Nellie Mallory; niece and nephew, Mr. andMrs. Jerry Mobley, a host of other relatives, church family and friends. Visitation: 6-8 pm Friday at Liberty City Church of Christ, 1709 Staley Avenue. Funeral Service: 12 Noon Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Liberty City Church of Christ, Bro. Roosevelt Johnson, Minister.
