LAURA ELLIOTT, 54Medical Transcriptionist LAKELAND - Laura Elliot, 54, died May 30, 2008 of pulmonary hypertension. She was born in Atlanta, GA on August 31, 1953. Laura worked at Lakeland Regional Medical Center as a medical transcriptionist. She is survived by daughters, Katie Woodard of Lakeland and Brittany Woodard of Winter Haven; grandchildren, Damien and Caroline; and a sister, Carol Welch of Bluffton, South Carolina. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 1, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Heath Funeral Chapel. Service is Monday, June 2, at 11 a.m. at the Heath Funeral Chapel.
