Lady Ruth Butler, 87, of Huntsville died Monday. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Her husband, Thomas R. Butler, preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Ann Faulkner of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; grandson, Michael A. Faulkner of Huntsville; great-grandchildren, Kelly, Lauren and Brian; brother, Oran Hunter of Decatur; sisters, Sarah Lou Terry, Mildred Kay and Mary Elizabeth Rister, all of Decatur.Visitation will be tonight from 4 to 8 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Laughlin Service Chapel with Dr. Jackie Kay officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
