Lorraine Margaret White of Valley Cottage passed away on March 9, 2007 at Nyack Hospital with her family by her side. She was 66. Lorraine was born in the Bronx on January 1, 1941 to Joseph and Mary Flynn Hudgins. Lorraine has been a Valley Cottage resident for the past 42 years and prior resided in the Bronx. Lorraine married Joseph Anthony White at St. Rochs Church in the Bronx. Lorraine will be remembered as a devoted and loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother, Sister and Friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Lorraine is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Joseph, six devoted children, Christine and her husband, Arnie Carolus, Robin and her husband, Bob Daly, Joseph White and his wife, Lisa, Lorraine and her husband, John Del Fel, Amy and her husband, Rory Henderer and Terri and her husband, Kevin Dowd. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, Christopher, Anthony, Robby, Ryan, Jenna, Joseph, Michael, Jaime, John and Jake. Lorraine is also survived by a sister, Mary Maneri and is predeceased by one sister, Patricia Harlib. The family will receive friends today 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Funeral Home, 113 Lake Road, Congers, NY 10920, under the direction of Higgins Funeral Home, New City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday at 10:00 am at St. Paul's Church, Congers, NY with Interment to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Rockland Lake,NY HIGGINS FUNERAL HOME 113 Lake Road Congers (845) 634-6110
