JOHNSON, Lorene MatildaHollon Josey born May 1,1919, went home to be withthe Lord on May 20, 2010.She is preceded in death byhusbands James Ervin Joseyand Henry Paul Johnson, aswell as her parents and eleven siblings. She has two sons,Mason Josey (Eloise) Eclectic,Alabama and Marcus Johnson, Montgomery, Alabama.Two grandson, Jeff Josey(Stacy) Fairhope, Alabamaand Lance Josey, Montgomery, Alabama. Five greatgrandchildren; Nicole Burrows, Elizabeth and Taylor Sollie, and Seth Josey of Fairhope, Alabama, one greatgrandson Hunter Burrows,and a host of nieces andnephews. As she would havewanted, we acknowledgeMary Siniard who has faithfully and lovingly been one ofher caregivers. Miss Loreneretired from the Federal Government in 1980. She grew upin Pine Level and was analumnus of Marbury HighSchool. She lived in Montgomery most of her adult lifeuntil moving to Eclectic to livewith her children in 2001. Shewas a longtime member ofWares Ferry Road BaptistChurch until moving to Eclectic where she has been amember at First BaptistChurch of Eclectic for the lastnine years. The thing sheloved most was playing withher grandchildren, and hermost treasured possession isher relationship with JesusChrist. She was indeed more""priceless than rubies"" to anyone who knew her. Visitationwill be Friday 6:00 to 8:00 P.Mat Leak-Memory Chapel.Funeral services are Saturday1:00 P.M. at Leak-MemoryChapel with internment inBoone's Chapel Church Cemetery, Pine Level, Alabamawith The Reverend Mark Smithofficiating.
