EVANS, LINDA GAYLE, born on October 23, 1947, Orlando, FL, died February 19, 2003 in Phoenix, AZ. Linda was the daughter of Lurlie M. Evans and the late James H. Evans. She is survived by son Jason Kingsley Bleimeyer and daughter-in-law Heidi; also her pride and joy, Boulder the dog; brother James H. Evans Jr. and sister-in-law Sherry of Tallahassee, FL; sister Ann Mixson, brother-in-law Wayne, nieces Onnie, Leeann and Christeen, and nephew Wayne Mixson Jr. of Apopka, FL; brother Donald Evans and sister-in-law Julie of Salt Lake City. Linda is also survived by her longtime friend and companion Blair Grafe. Linda was a graduate of Edgewater High School, Orlando, FL and attended University of Florida and Florida State University. She pursued a career in television advertising sales beginning with the CBS television network in New York City, then programming at WESH-TV2 in Orlando then transferred to KVOA-TV4 Tucson as the Phoenix Regional Sales Manager. She retired from KVOA-TV4 in July of 2002. Private Services will be held.
