JOHNSON, LINDA DONEHEW - age 66, of Powder Springs, passed away Friday, August 8, 2014, at 8:20 a.m. due to a lingering illness with PAD. She was a member of Hines Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Otis and Rama Donehew; and brother, William Donehew. Survivors include husband of 46 years, Rev. Denver Johnson; daughters, Jennifer Stamper and husband Keith, Judith Coleman and husband Eddie, and Julie Wood and husband Lynn; sisters, Blanche Tomas and Eileen Chapman; brothers Bob and Roy Donehew; and eight grandchildren, Roy, Jacqulyn, Alexis, Bryan, and Cameron Stamper, Benjamin Coleman, and Kalynne and Garrett Wood. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m., Monday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Ray Headrick, Paster Bobby Kitts, and Rev. Mike Samples officiating. Music will be provided by Rev. Valentine Dmotriev. Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, at Powder Springs Cemetery for interment at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Monday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. www.mynattfh.com
