LINDA C.CARTER, 65Advanced Auto LAKELAND - Linda C. Carter, 65, of Lakeland, passed away Nov. 18 due to complications of a stroke. Linda was born in Lakeland, but had lived in Dade City for about fifteen years where she was a cafeteria manager for the Pasco Co. Schools. After moving back to Lakeland, she worked in various positions for Advance Auto for over ten years. She loved gardening, sewing, and especially baking. She is survived by her mother Opal Harrelson, her son Chris Hodges and wife Renae, a daughter Crystal Freeman and her husband David; two brothers, Alvin and Rodney Harrelson; grandchildren Tiffany, Dalton, and Dylan Hodges, and River Freeman; a step grandson Braxton Jones, and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 10:00 am at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, 3350 Mall Hill Dr. Friends are invited to visit with family at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
