Kevin J. Hurley, age 61, of Framingham, died, Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Metrowest Medical Center, Framingham. He was the husband of 40 years to Charlene M. (White) Hurley of Framingham. Born in Northampton, PA and raised in NJ, he was the son of Virginia (Murphy) Hurley of CT and the late Donald Wray Hurley. Mr. Hurley is a graduate of Northeastern University class of 1973. He worked as an IT specialist for One Beacon Insurance Company. Mr. Hurley was the former President of the Framingham Youth Hockey Program and served on the board from 1984 | 2012. He was also the Past President of the Greater Boston Youth Hockey League. He was an avid golfer and loved spending time with his family. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two children, Jill Hurley of Framingham and Greg Hurley and his wife Amy of Bellingham; two sisters, Christine Hurley and her partner Marly S. Erickson of Seattle, WA, Judith Tossielo and her husband Bob of CT and his brother Terrance Hurley and his wife Melanie of NJ. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech St. (corner of Union Ave.), Framingham on Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 4 | 7 PM with his Funeral Service at 6:45 PM. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the Framingham Youth Hockey Program, P.O. Box 2391, Framingham, MA 01703.
