OKEECHOBEE - Kerrie Michelle Howard, age 35 of Okeechobee, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010. Kerrie had been a resident of Okeechobee for the past 25 years and was the daughter of the late Karolyn Howard and Wayne Best. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kayelin Kennedy. Kerrie is survived by sons, Drake Thompson of Miss., Trenton Gainer of Okeechobee, and Jayton Howard of Okeechobee; brother, Rodney Maddox of Crestview; sister, Kismet Cooke of Fort Walton Beach; Gail Maddox of Okeechobee; brother, Billy Howard of Arkansas; sister, Tina Howard of Arkansas, and brother, Johnny Howard of Naples. She is also survived by nieces, Jennifer, Chelsi, Kayla, Karissa, Tiana, and nephew, Garon.
