Funeral for Kenneth Robert Goodwin, 58, of Hillsboro will be Friday, Sept. 24, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Redmond Talley officiating.Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mr. Goodwin died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born May 9, 1946, in Lawrence County to Thomas and Ruby Goodwin. He was a chemical operator. He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Goodwin.Survivors include his wife, Janice Lanier Goodwin; three sons, Jeff Goodwin and his wife Melanie of McMinnville, Tenn., Stacy Goodwin and his wife Yolonda and Chris Goodwin and his wife Bonita, all of Hillsboro; one brother, Tommy Goodwin of Hillsboro; four sisters, Jean Thompson of Hartselle, Diane Blaxton of Moulton, Linda Harris of Hillsboro and Judy Underwood of Moulton; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Thompson, Larry Harris, Donald Underwood, Larry Lanier, Ted Lanier and Oakley Lanier.
