Kelly D. Carter Kelly D. Carter, 45, entered into rest May 3, 2009 in Tallahassee. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. EST Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Lakeview Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. EST at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home-Timberlane Road Chapel (850-893-4177).Kelly was a lifelong resident of Tallahassee and a graduate of Godby High School. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Floyd Carter; two daughters, Tabitha L. Couch and Heather D. Couch; mother, Trisha Halsam; father, Paul (Mary Pat) Moore; brother, E. Paul Moore, Jr.; and maternal grandmother, Betty Brock.Kelly was preceded in death by her sister, Kasey Moore.
