Adams; devoted mother of Heather (Jason) Newman, Diane Adams and Steven Adams; cherished grandmother of Joshua; loving daughter of the late Edgar and Doris (nee Jordan) Zuefle; dear sister of Gail (Craig) Forpahl, Gary (Karen) Zuefle, Greg (JoAnn) Zuefle, Karen (Thomas) Wilson and Kris (Paul) Spors; also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Thursday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Leo the Great Church, 885 Sweethome Rd., Amherst on Friday morning at 9:15 o'clock (please assemble at Church).
