WILSON, Kathleen Guest (nee Connolly)September 14, 1918 – March 28, 2013It is with mixed emotions that we say good- bye to a wonderful lady, our Mother, Mother- in-law, Grandma, Great-Grandma, Relative and Friend Kay Wilson age 94.Kay was born in Edmonton and raised in the Genessee district, In 1945 she graduated from the Edmonton General Hospital as a Registered Nurse. Being a nurse was one of her greatest joys. She believed in serving her community and remained involved, committed and loyal until her passing. Left behind are her children, daughter Kathy Traill (Darrell), daughter-in-law Lynn Wilson, sons Bill, Pat (Mary) and Bob (Nancy) as well as thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Arlene Connolly. Kay was predeceased by her husband Clarence in 1988, her son Jack in 2005, grandson Tanner in 1994 and her siblings, Albert Connolly, Bob Connelly, Francis Throne and Molly Knull."Good-bye Mom, Good-bye Grandma, we love you and will miss you."A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion in Edson.
