Kathleen G. Sullivan, 83, of Greer, S.C., died October 31, 2008, at Greenville Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.Born in Spartanburg, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Norman Grant and Lessie Riddle Grant Thomas.Mrs. Sullivan was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.She is survived by three sons, Charles Bernard of Greenville, S.C., Richard Johnston and James Sullivan, Jr., both of Taylors, S.C.; one brother, Doyle Renolds of Jackson, Ga.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by her husband, James Sullivan; and her daughter, Patricia Crandall.Graveside services will be held Monday, November 3, 2008, at 3 p.m. in Woodlawn Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 4967 Jordan Road, Greer, SC 29651.Woodlawn Funeral Home, Greenville, S.C.
