LAKELAND -- Mrs. Kathleen Smith of Lakeland died of lung disease Sept. 16, 2003, at home. She was 46.Born in Bartow on June 17, 1957, she came to Lakeland 15 years ago. She was a member of Acts Praise and Worship Center in Bartow.Mrs. Smith is survived by her son, William Likely, Lakeland; mother, Catherine Moore, Miami; brothers, Terry Moore and John D. Moore, both of Lakeland, George Robert, Bartow; sisters, Joy Evans, Washington, D.C., Beverly Prospere, Bartow, and Mary Wardell and Lillie Collins, both of Miami. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Williams Funeral Home, Bartow. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Acts Praise and Worship Center, Bartow.
