KATHLEEN PATRICIA SMITH MOORE FORMERLY OF TRUMANSBURG - Kathleen Patricia Smith Moore, 94, formerly of Trumansburg, passed away on April 9, 2008 at Lakeside Nursing Home. Patsy was the daughter of John and Rose (Sullivan) Smith of New Hyde Park, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry W. Moore Jr.; brother, Thomas Smith; sister, Madeleine Glenn; and grandson, Harry W. Moore IV. Patsy graduated from Mineola High School and The Roosevelt Hospital School of Nursing. She is survived by sons, Harry III (Linda), John (Jan), and Daniel (Diana) Moore; grandchildren, Madeleine Miller, Christopher and Jason Moore; great-granddaughters, Heather Miller, April and Clara Moore; and great-grandsons, Anthony Miller and Garret Moore. Flowers are respectfully declined.
