Kathleen Margaret Hansen July 4, 1941 - June 9, 2016 Kathy Hansen of Mission, BC passed away June 9th following a brief illness. Grieving the loss of her unconditional love, support and friendship will be her daughter, Debra Hansen. She will be especially missed by siblings Rodger (Lynn) Robinson of 108 Mile House, Marie (Bill) Grisdale of Williams Lake and Clay (Theresa) Robinson of Barriere. The eldest of 12 she was predeceased by siblings Bartley, Evans and Angie, mother, Hilda Robinson and adopted parents Albert & Margaret Sjogren. She retired in 2006 after 44 years of employment with Andres Wines in Port Moody and spent her time travelling with her daughter to Scandinavia, Alaska, the Southern US States, Florida, Oregon Coast and Leavenworth. She greatly enjoyed family gatherings at Deka Lake, was an avid reader, liked gardening and most recently cherished the wonderful times shared with her friends at lawn bowling.There is no service by request. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to the Mission Lawn Bowling Club.
