Kathleen Gibson Johnson - SAVANNAH - Kathleen Gibson Johnson, 84, died on Friday August 17, 2007 at Marsh Haven in the presence of her family. She was born in Pittsburg, PA on December 23, 1922. She moved to Columbia, S.C. in the mid 1950s where she raised her three children and enjoyed a long and fulfilling career with the S.C. Dept. of Mental Health and the State Dept. of Family Services. Kathleen is preceded in death by her oldest son, Patrick. Surviving are her son Bucky (Elizabeth); daughter, Julianne (Ron); sister Grace; brother, Charles and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday August 21st, 2007 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of St. Thomas Episcopal Church on Isle of Hope.
