Kathleen C. Fleming, of Concord, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice in Wayland. Born in Concord on June 24, 1961 she was the daughter of Helen Johnson of Williamstown, VT and the late Nelson Fleming. She attended Concord public schools and graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School in 1979. Kathy was recently employed at The Paper Store in Acton and Rite-Aid Pharmacy in Concord and enjoyed her many hobbies. In addition to her mother, Helen Johnson, she is survived by her children, Thomas Osborn of Concord and Patricia Probst of Williamsport, PA, her siblings, Pamela King and Paul Fleming, both of Concord, Heidi Comjean of Acton and several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours at the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center will be held on Wednesday, August 1st from 4 to 7 PM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 2nd at 10 AM in Westview Cemetery, 201 Bedford Street, Lexington. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Bethke Cancer Center, 133 ORNAC, Concord, MA 01742. Arrangements are under the care of Susan M. Dee and Charles W.
