Hurst and Lottie Mae Head Hurst. She worked many years at the Pantry Restaurant. She enjoyed camping, playing Canasta, and collected bell figurines.Surviving are three sons, James Brown, Ronnie Brown and wife Susan, and Thomas "Chunk" Brown and wife Bren; a daughter, Sandra Thurston, fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Lee Hooper; and her beloved dog Mitzi.Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral Service.Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Graceland East Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Interim Healthcare Hospice, 155 Deacon Tiller Court, Duncan, SC 29334; or to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 W.
