Mrs. Kathleen Ann Sullivan ADVANCE, NC Mrs. Kathleen Ann Sullivan, 63, of Advance, NC, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2014, at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC. She was born July 20, 1950, the daughter of Edward and Audrey Jones Amacher. Mrs. Sullivan attended Holy Family Catholic Church, Winston-Salem, NC. She was employed with Orthopedic Specialists of the Carolinas as a clinical coordinator. She was a very dedicated employee and a loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother. She valued and cherished the time spent with her grandson, Chayse. Kathy enjoyed being outdoors and working with her flowers. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald "Jerry" William Sullivan; her father, Edward Amacher; and a sister, Shelia Amacher. Surviving are her daughter, Kolleen, and a son, Rick Sullivan, both of Winston-Salem; a grandson, her pride and joy, Chayse Sullivan; her mother, Audrey Amacher, Clinton, NY; two sisters, Sandra Fillion, Schenectady, NY, and Sharon Tower, Denver, NC; and her brother, Michael Amacher, Utica, NY. A visitation will be held from 4:00-6:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at Salem Funeral Home, 120 S. Main St., Winston-Salem, NC. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 14, at St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church, West Winfield, NY. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday, 2-5 p.m., at Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Home, 365 West Main St., West Winfield.
