SIMMONS, KATHERINE W., 78, of Louisville, died Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at her residence. She was a native of Memphis, TN but resided most of her life in Louisville. Katherine was an active member of Harvey Browne Memorial Presbyterian Church and its Women's Circle. She received honors for her volunteer services at the Speed Museum and the American Printing House for the Blind. She is survived by her niece, Leah Keuroghlian and her husband Alfred Keuroghlian of Santa Barbara, CA. Her funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Harvey Browne Presbyterian Church, 311 Browns Lane, with burial at noon in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Harvey Browne Presbyterian Church. Highlands Family- Owned Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Women's Group at Harvey Browne Memorial Presbyterian Church.
