Katherine Ryanof EndicottKatherine Ryan, 86, passed away on March 23, 2005 at The Waters Nursing Home in Endicott, New York. She was born on May 6, l918 in Logan County, West Virginia, the daughter of John and Helen Macinsky. Surviving is her beloved daughter, Doreen Merk, Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandson, Jeff Podrazil, Johnson City, New York; two great-grandsons, Ricky Podrazil Brown, Harpursville New York and Jason Podrazil, Johnson City, New York. Also surviving is her devoted brother, Alexander Macinsky, Triangle, New York; and many nieces and nephews. Katie was predeceased by her siblings, John, Mary, Michael and Agnes. Katherine's family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to the caring and thoughtful staff of the Waters Nursing Home.In honor of Katherine's wishes, there will be no public memorial service.
