MOORE Katherine Bobo Moore, 91, went to be with the Lord on May 31, 2009. She was born March 6, 1918 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Charles and Adah Bobo. Katherine (Kay) was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a lifetime member of the Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church. She is survived by her two daughters, Valerie Barney (Bruce), and Karen Buskirk; 4 grandchildren, Sean Cates, Lisa Stenbeck (Michael), Trent Buskirk (Hooi Hong), Celena Daniels (Nick); 4 great-grandchildren, Katie Duncan, Brian Cates, Graham Cates and KaiYing Buskirk. She leasves behind her devoted sheltie, Turk. Memorial services will be held on June 12, 2009 at 3:00 pm to celebrate the life of Katherine Moore. The services will be in the chapel at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Avenue. A reception will be held in the Family Gathering Room at the funeral home following the service.
