Karl F. Harrington BELLOWS FALLS Karl "Frankie" Francis Harrington, 68, passed away Friday, July 1, 2011 following a long illness. He was born In Bellows Falls to Karl and Edna Elwell Harrington. He received his education in North Carolina. Mr. Harrington was a 35-year member of the Bennington Elks Lodge # 567 and was also a member of the Moose Lodge. In his earlier years, he owned and operated Karl's Motor Sales. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, gardening, and betting on horses. Mr. Harrington was of the Christian faith and had been wintering in Avon Park, Fla., since 2003, coming from Vermont. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Patricia Harrington of Avon Park; children, Kathy Harrington of Minneapolis, Minn., Tracy (Tony) Kasulinous of Hoosick Falls, N.Y., Kim(David) Coe of Chandler, Ariz., Sandra Gilbert of Rutland, Terri (Rene) Rodriguez of Holden, Mass; 11 grandchildren, Madelyn, Sydney, Ava, Owen, Nicole, C.J., Amanda, Dana, Andre, Eric, Olivia, and two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Cooper. Mr. Harrington was predeceased by his parents; by one son, Paul Harrington, and by one sister, Barbara LaFlamme. FUNERAL NOTICE: At Mr. Harrington's request, no services are being held at this time. A memorial, in his honor, will be held at a later date.
