<!-- FH = Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest -->Karen Marlene DavisGreenvilleKaren Marlene Davis, 56, of Greenville, loving wife of Robert Lee Davis, Jr. for 38 years, died June 30, 2011.Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Towery and Velma Slawson.She is survived by her children, Marie Davis and Tony McCoy, Robert and Tianne Davis, Angela Paugh and Stephen Cross, and Tammy and Robert Bell; her grandchildren, Crystal, Chelsey, Katelin, Ryan and Lexi; a brother, Gene Towery; a special sister, Teresa Davis; and her stepfather, Jack Slawson.She was predeceased by a brother, Dave Towery; and a sister, Elaine Casey.The family wishes to extend special thanks for the care provided by Hospice Care of SC, and the long term care provided by Robert and Marie Davis.Visitation will be Friday, July 1, 2011 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest.The funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, July 2, 2011 in the chapel of the funeral home, with burial following at Graceland Cemetery, West.The family will be at the home.
