Karen E. Williams BOONVILLE Karen E. Williams, 68, of Woodgate Drive, passed away on November 22, 2013, at Faxton-St. Lukes Health Care. She was born in Boonville on June 10, 1945, a daughter of Robert and Elizabeth O'Connor Fitch. She grew up in Boonville and attended Boonville High School. On September 17, 1966, she married Leonard Williams at St. Josephs Church, Boonville. After their marriage, they lived on Erwin Street and eventually moved to lower Schuyler Street, for forty years. The couple moved to Woodgate Drive five years ago. Karen was employed at Sanford Pharmacy, Sears Catalog Store and Whelley's Restaurant, all in Boonville. For many years, Karen babysat for several area families. She was a member of Charles J. Love Post Ladies Auxiliary and the Harland J. Hennessy V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed her Irish heritage, playing cards and spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband, Leonard; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Martin Seeley, Lewisville, NC; son and daughter-in-law, George Grant Williams and wife, Barbara Carey, Tucson, AZ; five grandchildren, Kyle Armstrong, Cy and Brayden Seeley, Leonard (Leo) and Henry Williams; one sister, Mary Ann Bourgeois and Jay Silverman, Mechanicsville, NY; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph and Jane Muha; two sisters-in-law, Jean Williams and Frieda Fitch; one brother-in-law, Ronnie Bourgeois; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Fitch, in 2012, and a brother-in-law, Daniel Williams, in 2007. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke's Hospital and Sunset Nursing Home for the care given over the past several months. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Boonville, with Reverend Sean O'Brien officiating. Interment will be in the spring at the Boonville Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday, 2-4and7-9 p.m. at Mills Funeral Home, 301 Post Street, Boonville.
